Responsibilities
1. The Store Officer is in charge and responsible for the control, storage and withdrawal, of all incoming raw materials/products
2. Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining documented procedures for local purchasing & storing of material
3. To monitor stock level and update all the stock cards appropriately
4. Responsible for control and maintain withdraw/issuing and booking in records of all materials, equipment and tools used in production
5. He is responsible for raising corrective and setting up a list of approved suppliers
6. Responsible of compiling and preparation of the monthly and yearly stock list of material/products for the stock taking purposes
7. May be assigned other duties as the management may deem necessary

Qualifications/requirement
• Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Procurement/ Supplies or profession level III. NTA7.NTA8
• Any other equivalent qualifications that will be related to the field

Experience
Minimum three (3) years experience
