9.1. Qualification and Personal Attributes required
Holder of Bachelor degree majoring in Computer Science or Information and•
Communication Technology, Information Technology, Computer
Engineering, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering and any other
relevant field.

9.2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in capturing user Customer Requirement Specifications- CRS•
Perform systems analysis and design•
Design, install and configure LAN and WAN infrastructure;•
Review LAN and WAN architecture;•
Participate in iterative development with users;•
Create and produce multimedia content;•
Manage multimedia tools and equipment;•
Test web pages;•
Update and manage web site;•
Design, develop, implement and test Database;•
Develop back and front-end connectivity;•
Ensure software patches are implemented timely;•

Install, configure, and update antivirus software;•
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor•

the CV will necessitate legal action.
ix. Applicants who have/were retired from the Public Service for whatever reason

xi. Certificates from foreign Universities should be verified by Tanzania
Commission for Universities (TCU).
